Firefox Error When Accessing vScope

If the version of Java installed on your workstation is prior to 1.6.0_u14 (28 May 2009) Firefox will report an error when accessing the vScope views.
To determine the version of Java you are running, go to the command prompt and type java -version.
If you have this problem please update the version of Java on your workstation.
